Tuff Paw Dragster gets runner up (again)

The http://www.tuffpaw.com/ and http://www.racingsecrets.com/ dragster landed in the winner's circle again with another runner up finish. We have raced 3 times this year and have been in the finals twice, I am OK with that. Now some of our friends are asking us what are we going to change to put together a win, and here is what I say we are going to change: Nothing! Things are going really well, the car is doing it's job and Mike is driving great. So when things are going well, you need to focus on what you are doing right and keep doing it and fine tune the things that can be changed (of course there is ALWAYS room for improvement in racing!).

One of the things that I really think gave our season a kick start this year was smart practicing. Before the season started, we got out the practice tree and spent some time with Mike visualizing racing and cutting practice trees. We would actually go out to the trailer and Mike would sit in the car to get ready for the start of the season. Spending some quality time sitting and thinking and visualizing in your car may be just what you need to get to the winner's circle (or at least get second place...and I believe that close counts in horse shoes, hand grenades, and racing--you have to get close before you can win!).
